CrossFit Kids is a conditioning program that is specially designed for kids and teenagers and helps them to develop a lifelong love of fitness.
In a group setting, children and teens participate in fun and engaging workouts that deliver measurable results and prepare them to be well-rounded athletes.
CrossFit Kids workouts consist of constantly varied, functional movements that deliver a fitness that is broad, inclusive and general and are scaleable for any participant at any level.
LITTLE MOVERS (AGES 4 - 7 Years Old)
The Little Movers is designed to introduce younger children to our concepts. The class duration is short and play-based and geared towards teaching them to think of exercise as FUN. Skills are focused on the very basic foundations of functional movement and age appropriate developmental motor skills for the average 4-7 year old.
KIDS (AGES 7-13)
The Kids class builds on the foundation of FUN introduced in the previous class. The skills addressed expand to include the majority of CrossFit’s foundational (Air Squat, Wall Ball, Pull Ups, Hand Stands, etc) and auxiliary (Jump Rope, Row, Running) movements. The goal of the CrossFit Kids program is develop and improve general physical fitness in order to prepare kids to be safe in sports and life in general. Gymnastics coaching is included.
TEENS (to be announced)
Our teens program will further incorporate CrossFit movements as well as further improving general physical fitness, strength and endurance. The program supports and compliments compulsory school sports and because the workouts are constantly varied, the kids are more likely to excel at their chosen sports and less likely to fall victim to injury.
Sincere, Expert and Leader, Barrias is the motor, the fuel and the race of CrossFit in Macau. A former professional football player, Barrias has ever since dedicated his career to fitness, health and CrossFit, becoming in 2015 the 2nd fittest man in Asia at the Asian Championship - Bangkok - and one of the highest CrossFit Authorities in CrossFit Training and Performance in all of Asia.

Barrias´ partner in crime, this doll face Crossfitter is as charming as she is demanding on every work out she presides. Persistent, hardworking and caring, Ho has been aiding on building the founding stones for a new generation of fitness through CrossFit Kids and general CrossFit. She, like a few others, are pioneers on the way fitness will be shaped in Macau.
This gentleman is as knowledgeable as he is experienced in CrossFit and as nice as he is fit. Being one of the Original CrossFitters, back in 2006, Scott is the dedicated coach from the USA that has joined our Boxes since 2015, forging a new community in Asia drawn to fitness, CrossFit and life.
Young, Cheerful and Caring. Like any lady Crossfitter, Barrias is the voice of reason when it comes to risking it. But in the same measure, she´s the coach that your kids will see as a role model. Sincere and observing, Barrias is the guarantee that safety and technique come before any PR.
Known to his CrossFit athletes as "Uncle Roy", Roy is the mobility hero of weightlifters. A powerful character full of great examples for perfect technique, Roy is the link to our Asian heritage making the bridge between our athlete´s cultures smaller everyday. Cheerful and demanding, he is a Coach to whom you don´t want to be late to meet.

By offering one-on-one training during the intro course, we minimize distractions and can pay maximum attention to your individual needs. In our classes, you will learn how to perform the fundamental CrossFit Movements safely and effectively, ensuring a seamless transition into the Group Workouts.
