We are CrossFit Cotai, COTAI’s best CrossFit gym. We aim to provide COTAI with the most up-to-date Techniques and Methods, and the most Qualified Health and Fitness Service that includes Classes, Personal Training, Seminars and Courses.

With our sister Box in Macau side we are expanding the revolutionary CrossFit Method in Macau, to bring Real Fitness to everyone in the city! Since our Macau Box was just a humble start, we decided to bring a full blown Box to maximise our efforts in creating the Fittest In Macau.

CrossFit Kids is a conditioning program that is specially designed for kids and teenagers and helps them to develop a lifelong love of fitness.
In a group setting, children and teens participate in fun and engaging workouts that deliver measurable results and prepare them to be well-rounded athletes.

CrossFit Kids workouts consist of constantly varied, functional movements that deliver a fitness that is broad, inclusive and general and are scaleable for any participant at any level.

 

Classes

LITTLE MOVERS (AGES 4 - 7 Years Old)

The Little Movers is designed to introduce younger children to our concepts. The class duration is short and play-based and geared towards teaching them to think of exercise as FUN. Skills are focused on the very basic foundations of functional movement and age appropriate developmental motor skills for the average 4-7 year old.

KIDS (AGES 7-13)

The Kids class builds on the foundation of FUN introduced in the previous class. The skills addressed expand to include the majority of CrossFit’s foundational (Air Squat, Wall Ball, Pull Ups, Hand Stands, etc) and auxiliary (Jump Rope, Row, Running) movements. The goal of the CrossFit Kids program is develop and improve general physical fitness in order to prepare kids to be safe in sports and life in general. Gymnastics coaching is included.

TEENS (to be announced)

Our teens program will further incorporate CrossFit movements as well as further improving general physical fitness, strength and endurance. The program supports and compliments compulsory school sports and because the workouts are constantly varied, the kids are more likely to excel at their chosen sports and less likely to fall victim to injury.

ANTÓNIO BARRIAS

CO-OWNER | HEAD COACH

Sincere, Expert and Leader, Barrias is the motor, the fuel and the race of CrossFit in Macau. A former professional football player, Barrias has ever since dedicated his career to fitness, health and CrossFit, becoming in 2015 the 2nd fittest man in Asia at the Asian Championship - Bangkok - and one of the highest CrossFit Authorities in CrossFit Training and Performance in all of Asia.

She, like a few others, are pioneers on the way fitness will be shaped in Macau.

Cheerful and demanding, he is a Coach to whom you don´t want to be late to meet.

The first step is to call or email us to set up your FREE TRIAL, which is your introductory session. This allows you the opportunity to meet us, and find out firsthand what we do and who we are. If you, and we, decide that CrossFit Cotai is for you.

By offering one-on-one training during the intro course, we minimize distractions and can pay maximum attention to your individual needs. In our classes, you will learn how to perform the fundamental CrossFit Movements safely and effectively, ensuring a seamless transition into the Group Workouts.
